What is a memecoin funded account?
A funded account is a trading account backed by a proprietary trading firm (a “prop firm”). You prove you can trade under a fixed set of risk rules, and the firm lets you trade a bigger account and splits the profits with you. Prop firms have done this for years with futures and forex. Memecoin Funded is the same model built for Solana memecoins — pump.fun runners, PumpSwap and Raydium pairs, new launches and trending coins.
You never deposit trading capital. You pay a challenge fee, trade a simulated account that fills against live on-chain prices and real pool liquidity, and once you’re funded your profits are paid out in real SOL to your own wallet.
Account sizes and prices
There are three memecoin funded accounts. The rules are the same on all of them; only the size, fee, position cap and payout caps change.
| Account | Buying power | Challenge | Activation | Profit target | Max loss | Profit split |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Degen | 25 SOL | $50/mo | $100 (refunded) | 30% (7.5 SOL) | 20% static | 80% |
| Sniper | 50 SOL | $90/mo | $175 (refunded) | 30% (15 SOL) | 20% static | 80% |
| Whale | 100 SOL | $160/mo | $300 (refunded) | 30% (30 SOL) | 20% static | 85% |
The challenge is a monthly subscription that stops automatically the moment you pass. Activation is charged only after you pass and is refunded with your first payout. See the full breakdown on the plans page.
How you get funded
- Pick an account — 25, 50 or 100 SOL — and start the challenge.
- Hit the +30% profit target in realized profit, trading on at least 5 different days with at least 10 trades. There is no time limit.
- Stay inside the risk rules: 20% static max loss from your starting balance, 10% max daily loss, a per-coin position cap, and the 50% consistency rule.
- Activate your funded account and keep trading the same way.
- Withdraw in SOL after 5 winning days. You keep 80% (85% on the 100 SOL account).
Every step is explained on How it works and every rule is on the rules page.
Why trade memecoins on a funded account?
- Your downside is the fee, not your wallet. A rug, a dev dump or a bad entry can only cost you the challenge price.
- Bigger size than you’d risk yourself. A trader who would only put 2 SOL in a coin can size properly on 50 or 100 SOL.
- Rules that build real discipline. Daily loss and position caps force the habits that keep memecoin traders alive.
- Real fills. Orders are priced against each coin’s live pool reserves with fees and price impact, so a strategy that passes here is one that works on-chain.
- Paid in SOL. Payouts go to your Solana wallet, and each paid payout is listed publicly on the payouts page.
Which coins can you trade?
Any Solana token with a SOL-paired pool holding at least $10,000 of liquidity. The trading terminal shows trending and newly launched coins with live candles, and you can search any name, ticker or contract address. One trade can use at most 2% of a pool’s SOL, so you can’t “win” on fills that would never happen on-chain.
Is a memecoin funded account worth it?
It’s worth it if you already have an edge and want size without putting your own stack on the line, or if you want a hard rule set to stop you from round-tripping wins. It’s not a shortcut: most people who take any prop challenge don’t pass it, and memecoins are more volatile than anything a futures firm offers. Read how to pass the challenge and the risk management guide before you start.
Questions people ask
What is a memecoin funded account?
A trading account backed by a prop firm that you earn by passing a challenge. You trade Solana memecoins with the firm’s buying power and keep most of the profit, without depositing trading capital.
How much does a memecoin funded account cost?
Challenges are $50/month for 25 SOL, $90/month for 50 SOL and $160/month for 100 SOL. After passing there is a one-time activation fee ($100, $175 or $300) that is refunded with your first payout.
Can I lose more than the fee?
No. Challenge and funded accounts are simulated against live market prices, so you never deposit trading capital. The fee is the most you can lose.
How are profits paid?
In SOL, to the Solana wallet you add in your dashboard. You keep 80% of profits on the 25 and 50 SOL accounts and 85% on the 100 SOL account.
Is there a time limit?
No. You need at least 5 trading days and 10 trades, but you can take as long as you want.
