How a prop firm works
A proprietary trading firm puts up the buying power, sets the risk rules and splits the profits with traders who follow them. Traders pay an evaluation fee to prove they can trade. The traders who pass get a funded account and a payout split; the firm limits its risk with loss limits.
For years that only existed for futures and forex, then for crypto perpetuals. Memecoins were left out because they trade on DEX pools, not order books, and pricing them honestly is hard. Memecoin Funded solves that by filling every order against the coin’s live on-chain pool.
What you get
| Account | Buying power | Challenge | Activation | Profit target | Max loss | Profit split |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Degen | 25 SOL | $50/mo | $100 (refunded) | 30% (7.5 SOL) | 20% static | 80% |
| Sniper | 50 SOL | $90/mo | $175 (refunded) | 30% (15 SOL) | 20% static | 80% |
| Whale | 100 SOL | $160/mo | $300 (refunded) | 30% (30 SOL) | 20% static | 85% |
Every account has the same rules: +30% realized profit target, 20% static max loss, 10% daily loss (resets 00:00 UTC), at least 5 trading days and 10 trades, and a 50% consistency rule. Full details on the rules page.
What makes a memecoin prop firm different
DEX pool pricing, not a fake order book
Memecoins trade on automated market makers. A buy moves the price along the pool’s curve, so size matters. Fills here use constant-product math against the live reserve, plus a 0.75% swap fee and a 0.001 SOL priority fee per fill — close to what you’d pay on-chain through a router. Liquidity floors
Coins need at least $10,000 in their SOL pool, and one trade can use at most 2% of it. That keeps results honest: you can’t pass by “buying” a coin you could never actually exit.
Rules sized for volatility
Memecoins move 50% in minutes. The 20% max loss is static from your starting balance (it never trails up), and positions are capped per coin — 20%, 15% or 10% of the account depending on size — so one rug can’t end you.
Who it’s for
- Trench traders with a working process who don’t want to size up their own wallet.
- Traders who keep giving back wins and want hard daily limits.
- Futures and forex prop traders who want to apply the same model to Solana.

Is Memecoin Funded legit?
Everything is public: prices, rules and the business model are on the site, and every paid payout is listed on the payouts page with its Solana transaction signature so you can check it on-chain yourself. Accounts are simulated — you never send trading capital — and the challenge fee is the most you can lose. Read the terms and risk disclosure before you buy.
