A challenge subscription buys monthly access to a simulated trading evaluation and our tools. An activation fee buys access to a simulated funded account after you pass. Neither is a deposit, investment, security or account with a broker. You never own, control or deposit trading capital, and no real tokens are bought or sold for you.
All challenge and funded accounts are simulated against live public market data. Payouts are discretionary performance rewards paid by Memecoin Funded in SOL according to the published Rules, after review. We may require identity verification before any payout and may withhold payouts that result from prohibited conduct or from errors in market data or the simulation.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to use this service where you live. The service is not offered where prohibited by law. You are responsible for any taxes on payouts you receive.
Fees are shown in USD before checkout and charged through Stripe. Challenges are subscriptions that renew automatically every month at the price shown until you pass, cancel, or the subscription fails to renew. Passing cancels the subscription automatically. If a challenge fails while your subscription is active, your next renewal starts a fresh challenge. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (Manage Subscription); cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Challenge payments are non-refundable once your account has placed a trade; an untraded first month can be refunded on request within 14 days. Activation fees are one-time and are refunded with your first approved payout. Card chargebacks on used accounts close all of your accounts.
You agree to the Trading Rules, which form part of these terms. Exploiting delayed or incorrect prices, multi-accounting, account sharing, trading tokens you or associates deployed or have inside information on, and coordinated hedging are prohibited and void affected passes and payouts.
We may change plans, rules or these terms for new purchases; accounts already purchased keep the rules shown at purchase unless a change is needed to stop abuse. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Nothing we provide is investment, legal or tax advice. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
